How to make the Call
1) Dial the relevant access number for the country you wish to call (to be found on this web site).

2) At the prompt dial your international destination number in full (including 00)*

3) That's it, you're connected.*

*Remember you can dial your destination number at any time during the prompt.

How you pay for the calls you make
When you make a call via these access numbers you only pay for calling the relevant access number.

So for example, if you made a 5 minute call to the US from a BT phone, then next time you got your BT bill you would see a call to our 0844 number, a duration of 5 minutes and a charge of 10p.

That's it! Your call will be charged by your existing phone provider and appear on your next phone bill.

The prices shown on this site are BT's charges per minute for calling the 'cheep-calls' access number and you are charged per second from connection to the 'cheep-calls' service. If you're not with BT you need to check with your service provider how much they will charge for calls made to the access numbers. Some mobile service providers even bundle some of the access numbers into certain free minutes packages. If you are thinking of using one of our access numbers from your mobile phone please first check the charges with your mobile service provider. Also there is a surcharge from BT payphones, please check at the point of making your call.
